Dealing with Stress

I keep wanting to write the date as December. I suppose it hasn’t registered all the way that we are marching into 2020. I’ve been working on music since 1 AM. It would be an understatement to say my sleep schedule is going through some weird changes. I kind of like it. Music has been a release for me since mid 2018. I very recently realized the impact my music could have on other people: not just myself.

What will your release be? How will you relieve stress? I don’t have too many suggestions but a couple strategies have helped me: Re positioning myself to a new location, Meditation, Breathing, thinking of the future optimistically, reading, and working out.

I find that a lot of people tend to dwell on whatever is stressing them out. Most people even talk about it, resulting in stress for those around them as well. This is not a good habit: don’t pick this up. Do notice when other people are doing it, and politely offer them a more positive outlook. If you end up becoming someone who distresses others, you are on your way to becoming someone people want to be around. Do you ever think about if you’re impressionable? Meaning you can walk in a room and make it your own. I want this for you. Your confidence will only grow further and further. I will be the first to tell you that focusing too much on what others think will indirectly cause you stress. And you’re going to deal with your stress how? Have you thought about it yet?
